For restaurants: An update on the Citibank Dining Program

Citi’s dining program is changing to ensure we provide the best benefits to our restaurant partners and customers.

In November 2019, we announced Entertainment Publications (part of Incentia Pay) as our new partners in managing all parts of the Citibank Dining Program. With a proven record of accomplishment and expertise in this space, we are thrilled to have them on-board.

This change is purely operational; there have been no changes from a customer’s perspective as part of our partnership with Entertainment Publications Australia (EPA.)

We have also decided to move away from our exclusive wine partner McWilliams Wines Group, allowing us to bring on Fourth Wave Wines as a preferred supplier to the program. If you wish to continue using McWilliams for our program, you may do so. McWilliams will continue to provide the discounted pricing on program wines until 1 June, 2020.

Please contact your Entertainment Partnership Manager or Citi via our email for more details on how our wine supply chain will work moving forward or with any new information about how your business has been affected during this challenging time.

We hope to continue to support you as part of our dining program in 2020 and beyond.
