Following seven great years in Sydney's Surry Hills, Bentley Restaurant + Bar settles into the ground floor of the magnificent Radisson Blu Hotel in the CBD. With a stunning interior design by award-winning architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb that plays an edgy interior alongside its classic roots, Brent Savage's food does the same - progressing, surprising and innovating. Complimented by Nick Hildebrandt's eclectic wine list that features fine wines from around the world but also wines from small and cult producers - something he's become renowned for - the Bentley is back! Our menu features full a-la-carte, tasting menus and a fun and tasty bar menu if you just want to come in for a quick bite and a drink.
